Set-up and Tear-down to take place within the Start Time and End Time listed above. ;i 4. PRC will unlock the Event Space at Check in Time and do a pre-Event walk-through ~ith Customer or Customer's Authorized Representative. Starting at the Start Time until the End Time, ustomer has possession of the Event Space and is responsible for all items in the Event Space. On vent Date, Customer is responsible for meeting their vendors such as the DJ, decorator, photogra , er, etc. PRC can provide Event day service such as meeting vendors for an additional charge. j 5. If an Event lasts past the End Time, Customer will be charged at $100 per hour or any ~ortion thereof past the End Time. C~'' 6. Number of guests is not to exceed 175, if extra space is needed up to 250 guests, overf~ow space will be made accessible at the cost of $339. '!; 7. If Customer decides to cancel the event at any time, Customer will forfeit all money p ,id up until the time of cancellation except the Security Deposit. Customer will make known to its vendors (caterer, decorator, DJ, event planner, etc.) e rules contained in this contract and be responsible for its vendors following these rules. Customer is required to supply all food/be~erages including drinking water. 14. Self-catering (by any entity without a Federal ID number) is subject to a $100 surchar e. 15. Electrical appliances drawing more than 10 amps may not be used. Electrical devices must be arranged in a manner not to overload electrical circuits. All electrical appliances must be moni ,, red by Customer or their representative(s) while plugged in. '~ 16. Should Customer desire to serve or permit the consumption of alcoholic beverages, C~I~stomer is required to secure all permits and have a copy delivered to PRC no later than 48 hours before tl~e event Date above. Customer is responsible for enforcing all federal, state and local alcoholic bevrage laws, and Customer is liable for any incidents resulting from having alcoholic beverages served ~~n the Event Space. iii.. No push-pins, tape, or other damaging method of attaching or applying anything to the walls/ floors/ I ceiling/ windows or doors is permitted. 19. Fireworks, sparklers, or pyrotechnics are NOT permitted. No Confetti, glitter, silly s ing or any other small decorations that require extra cleanup is permitted. The charge for removal of g fitter from chairs is $15 per chair. Open flame candles are permitted ONLY if they are placed in glass co tainers with the flame below the top of the glass (such as votives, hurricanes, or floating candles). ~~ 20. PRC reserves the right to photograph any group event in the Event Space and to use t'~ose photographs on the Internet and/ or in marketing pieces. Should you not want photographs of youi~~ special event used by us, please let us know in writing before your event. If you share with us images fom your professional photographer, we will assume we have permission to use those photos as~we see fit. Use of tobacco products inside the Event Space is prohibited. '' 22. Illegal drugs and un-permitted weapons are not allowed inside the Event Space. ~;j 23. To the extent allowed by law, the Customer agrees to hold harmless the PRC its emplo~ees and affiliates and representatives from any and all claims, actions, suits, allegations for damages to ersons or property that relate, emanate, or in any way pertain to the Event or use of the Event Sp ce. Further, Customer agrees, to the extent allowed by Law, to indemnify the PRC for any and all sts or losses which may be incurred by the PRC as a result of such claims, actions, suits or allegati s including but not limited to reasonable legal fees and expenses of litigation. Except to the extent set~bforth in paragraph 24, hereof, Customer waives any and all claims against the PRC for any per onal injury or property damage which occurs in conjunction with the Event, and agrees to indemnify,the PRC of any such claims. '~~' 24. PRC agrees to hold harmless the Customer, it's employees, agents, elected officials fr~Nm any and all claims, actions, suits, allegations for damages to persons or property that relate, eman~te, or in any way pertain to Customer's use of the Event Space to the extent such claims, actions, suits, allegations for damages to persons or property are caused by the negligence or intentional conduct o PRC, its employees or agents. Further, PRC agrees to indemnify the Customer for any and all osts or losses which may be incurred by Customer as a result of such claims, actions, suits or allega ons including but not limited to reasonable legal fees and expenses of litigation. iw 25. Customer shall not conduct any illegal or unethical activities or any activity that will rsult in harm to persons or objects or that violate any laws or regulations. Should such occur, PRC representative has the right to immediately end the Event with no refund. II' 26. Should a disruption of utilities to the Event Space occur, Customer and Customer's guests will leave the Event Space in an orderly fashion if it is safe to do so. Customer is responsible for removal of all personal items by End Time. Any items let behind will be considered trash and will be disposed of at Customer's expense. 29. Customer will leave tables and chairs un-stacked and in an orderly manner to allow fdNr a visual inspection. Y 30. Customer will designate individual(s) authorized to do a pre-event walk-through at C i eck In Time. The checklist must be completed before personal items or other persons enter the facility. INCustomer or their representative must go through Check Out prior to leaving the premises at the end of ~lle event. Should Customer leave without signing checklist, PRC documentation of Check Out premise condition will be final.
